I’m Kirsti Willis, an autistic HCPC, BAAT and ICO registered Art Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Specialist Mental Health Mentor and Neurodiversity Consultant. I offer neurodivergent people (of all kinds) neuro- and LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed counselling, as well as art psychotherapy.
There is no need for an “official” diagnosis, as I view self identification as entirely valid. Many of my clients also have chronic physical and/or pain conditions, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions, which can make progress somewhat more complicated, but not at all impossible. It simply means that we will take smaller, more manageable steps forward.
Whatever your situation, strengths, challenges, needs and preferences are, together we can begin working on your mental health related goal(s) in a tailored, effective way that suits you.
I currently work exclusively online (Zoom) or on the phone. However, we can also utilise texts/instant messages and email (or a mix of these), when appropriate. I work internationally, and can accommodate a variety of different time zones.
