Autistically Brilliant offers neuro- and LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed individual counselling, as well as art psychotherapy for neurodivergent (e.g. ADHD, autism, dyslexia, (C-)PTSD) people over 12. There is no need for an “official” diagnosis, as I view self identification as entirely valid. Many of my clients also have chronic physical conditions and co-occurring mental health conditions.

I currently work exclusively online (Zoom) or on the phone. However, we can also utilise texts/instant messages and email (or a mix of these), when appropriate. I work internationally, and can accommodate a variety of different time zones.
