Online and telephone counselling and art psychotherapy for neurodivergent people
by an autistic psychotherapist
Do you…
…often feel anxious, angry, emotionally sensitive or low in mood?
…experience distressing meltdowns or shutdowns?
…have low self-esteem and self-confidence?
…struggle at school, college/university or at work?
…find organising yourself hard and often avoid tasks?
…have trouble with relationships?
…suffer from a traumatic past?
…find it hard to uphold healthy boundaries and stick up for yourself?
If you are a (possibly) neurodivergent person, over 12 years old, and your answer to any of the questions above is “yes”, then contact Autistically Brilliant for individually tailored support.
I’m Kirsti Willis, an autistic HCPC, BAAT and ICO registered Art Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Neurodiversity Consultant. I offer neurodivergent people (of all kinds) neuro- and LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed counselling and art psychotherapy.
There is no need for an “official” diagnosis, as I view self identification as entirely valid. Many of my clients also have chronic physical and/or pain conditions, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions.
Whatever your situation, strengths, challenges, needs and preferences are, together we can begin working on your mental health related goal(s) in an individually tailored and effective way.
I currently work exclusively online (Zoom) or on the phone. However, we can also utilise texts/instant messages and email (or a mix of these), when appropriate.
